Patent confirmed
Paris, March 1st 2010 - In-Webo's patent request issued back in October 2008 has been successfully extended to an international patent request. covering all countries members of the Patent Cooperation Treaty. For the 14 claims that this request is made of, the European Patent Office (EPO) acknowledged the novelty, non-obviousness and utility. In the chosen countries, the patent delivery will occur in H1 2011; howeber, the protection is effective since the request date, in October 2008.
